Cancellations/Refund Policy

If you have booked on line for our services, you may cancel it and request for refund.
Rules for Cancellation/Refunds:

  1. Packages & services bought cannot be changed after the purchase.
  2. Change of the location of the salon is not allowed after the booking and payment is done.
  3. For any cancellation request, any payment up to INR 1000 is NOT refundable.
  4. Any payment made over and above INR 1000 is refundable only after deduction of bank charge @3%.
  5. The refund will be made ONLY by means of a cheque. The refund cheque can either be couriered to the customer or can be picked up from the below address:

    Flat No 204, B wing, 2nd Floor, Zarna Enclave CHSL, Western Express Highway, Thakur Complex, Kandivali (E), Mumbai-400101 (Maharashtra - India).

  6. The refund will be subject to acceptance. The acceptance will be sent via email.
  7. The refund cheque will be available for pickup / dispatched within 7 working days of acceptance.

Steps for Cancellation of an Order:

  1. You need to login to your account and go to My Account.
  2. Click on My Orders tab and check for list of services purchased.
  3. You need to select respective service you need to cancel and click Cancel Button.
  4. Your order will be cancelled instantly and notified.
