If you have booked on line for our services, you may cancel it and request for refund.
Rules for Cancellation/Refunds:
- Packages & services bought cannot be changed after the purchase.
- Change of the location of the salon is not allowed after the booking and payment is done.
- For any cancellation request, any payment up to INR 1000 is NOT refundable.
- Any payment made over and above INR 1000 is refundable only after deduction of bank charge @3%.
- The refund will be made ONLY by means of a cheque. The refund cheque can either be couriered to the customer or can be picked up from the below address:
Flat No 204, B wing, 2nd Floor, Zarna Enclave CHSL, Western Express Highway, Thakur Complex, Kandivali (E), Mumbai-400101 (Maharashtra - India).
- The refund will be subject to acceptance. The acceptance will be sent via email.
- The refund cheque will be available for pickup / dispatched within 7 working days of acceptance.
Steps for Cancellation of an Order:
- You need to login to your account and go to My Account.
- Click on My Orders tab and check for list of services purchased.
- You need to select respective service you need to cancel and click Cancel Button.
- Your order will be cancelled instantly and notified.
